forums OR blogs which is easy to get more traffic ?

both are different...

blogs: if you want want to write about something you can get a blog its also of good traffic...

Forums: if you want a place where you can write and users also then you can go for forums...

that solely depends on the niche you want to get started...with

Both are difficult in different ways but I really like forums for user generated content

 

blogs you will have to keep writing forever, forums, you can get it off the ground and users do the rest of the work. once it gets popular, hire few mods who will do the rest of the job. sometimes you can even get volunteer mods where you don;t have to pay.

 

that is all right and forums have advantages but I guess (never tried) it is harder to get your forum popular and get it off the ground
