    yes, definitely you can improve your keywords ranking in SERP. Chose your theme related forums which have high traffic and do maximum post with forums and put your site link.

    The dofollow signatures will improve the SERP of your website. If your signature and the post are really catchy, the chances of visits through the signature is also high.
