    I'm looking to buy forums/online communites. My budget is $XXX to low $XXXX.

    I don't really care about the topic in regards to the communites as long as they ARE NOT anything realting to Warez, or anything Adult/Illegal. For the forum software, I would hope that the it would come with the sale, but that's not a big deal if it does not.
