Thankfully I haven't run in to any legal issues (yet), but I want to make sure that when I do, I have the least responsibility. I have a forums website. Currently the copyright notice on the bottom of the page says:

I know it could use some fine tuning. Basically what I want to say is that I own the site, but the original posters own the content, and the content posted isn't necessarily what I believe.

How should I change it? Or is it fine now?

    Thanks!

Of course the best way would be to contact an attorney and get their advice. Keen actually has a few attorneys on there that might even be considered. If you need a relationship with an attorney, I would recommend The Internet Litigators.

Small Business Forums has a couple of attorneys on there who are quite active and might provide some advice.
