    I will say it worth mid XX$ to high XX$ because its a great keyword slit promotion is needed and it can do best.

    I think there is a great potential for keyword phrase .org domains and would value this one at mid $xx and more if developed or sold to an end user.

    Mid to high $xx undeveloped, but if you develop it, it could be much more (mid $xxx if you get some income with it)

    This domain is quite similar to one I own, ForumAdvertise(dot)com - other than the extension.

    I think there is a good market for forum promotion and advertising, it is all about finding the right buyer. Good luck with it ;)
