Well there are multiple reasons why they are siding with me, one being that selling defective skins for any reason is not very fair is it?

and i reported this problem, when i first bought it, on the help desk forum. and you conveniently narrowed it down to it not being updated to be phpbb 3.0.2 compliant, while that clearly was not the problem.

Here is the link for customers of Forum Monkeys (help desk is only viewable for paying customers)

and here is a screenshot for non-customers

and my post here, was just a simple question asking why you would be that ignorant in your reply.. i have done nothing wrong.

you say your "Initial" responses where polite, yes they indeed where. but the last one when i asked for a definite refund was very ignorant and upsetting.

Note: and the reason why i asked for an exchange was that i honestly thought it would be easier for you, instead of having to go through all the hastle of going through paypal, as i explain in my reply to you.

2nd Note: and also there is nothing wrong with verifying with the ToS, so your statement about me and your attempt at a character assassination is, in loose terms fubar.

And also i believed you to be good kind person, i thought a refund wouldnt be a problem (especially since my point is valid and confers with your ToS), guess i was wrong...
