    What will happen in Google SE if I change META TAGS from

    <meta name="keywords" content="Do Forum Posts count as backlinks?" />

    TO

    <meta name="keywords" content="Do, Forum ,Posts ,count, as, backlinks?" />

    Will it increase SE index ?

    BTW, I'm using simple PHP implode() and explode() function to achieve that.

    Thank you for reading.

    This change will have absolutely no effect on your rankings as the meta keywords tag is usually disregarded.

    I think in a recent video matt cutts (of Google) said that they use 'adult material' in this tag to signal that the page has adult content, but that's the only use I know of for this tag now.

    The only effect of this activity would be that you will be wasting your precious time.

    If you want to change, then change TITLE, description and content of your pages.

    As far as I know ggogle wont take into consideration the KeyWords meta tag but Yahoo and MSN do consider it. Also Google sometimes may refer to them when there is slight update in Google Algorithm.
    So its better if u specify keywords.Moreover, former approach

    <meta name="keywords" content="Do Forum Posts count as backlinks?" />

    is better as this will give you a whole lot of combinations of individual words.
