Forum Web Space..

    ok so i am planning to start a forum for my school..its unnoficial..sort of ex students forum etc etc..

    ok so like generally how much Web space does a forum take? i have an unlimited bandwidth..but 100 Gb web space...so what do you think???

    Please let me know ASAP as i will have to change hosts then..i am thinkin of going with hastyhost's plan...it sounds too good...

    I estimate the users to be around 200-250..regulars...not paid to post kind:p

    You're not going to need much space at all probably 1gb of space to start out and 10gb of bandwidth. Now as it grows the size requirements may grow and this is the assumption of minimal attachments and things like that.

    There is no need to pay for 1gb of space from the start.
    200mb can get you far.
    So it's probably a good idea to start with eg 200mb, but find a place where you can easily upgrade to a larger plan when you need it.
