Hi, do you have any idea what this forum is worth:
    http://www.computerforumz.org

PR4, with some inner forums that have with PR too.
Alexa was 222k, but now is over 1million as I havent been promoting it.
15k post of about 5000 are by automated posting system. No paid posts.

Anyone have a rough idea about the value of this?

My rough estimation is $350. If your site is currently generating income, then the price is too way far...

You need to give us more details for a more accurate estimation :)

    Such as:
    - Revenue made (and how it's made)
    - Amount of daily posts per day (average)

OK. I make around 5 cents a day on adsense but only started experimenting with it now. Daily posts avergae 10-20 only :(

I would say the forum isn't worth much. It makes hardly anything in the form of revenue. You could probably make better money selling links.

(95+%) of the posts are made out of the Forum posting software (Ico content posting software, which is powered by Yahoo! Answers)

I find people are looking for established forums in sitepoint market place, you can try out to check there by responding few of them, you will get an idea about its value. :)

Hello "Watchout" former competitor of Computer Forumz :D As I previously said over 10k posts are user content and only less than 5k are 'auto-posted', which makes around 30% posted not 95% :p

I was just saying a number, well mate if you want some friendly advice, I'd suggest you go on SitePoints marketplace, I think you will get quite a good price for your forum.
