Forum submissions needed! 3 PR4 forum directories

I need to get my forum directories filled up! Who's got a forum and wants a quick & easy free no recip required backlink?

Please submit the url to your FORUM INDEX page only or your submission will not be approved! I'm sure your flash-intro or your portal page is really nice, but these directories are all about the forums themselves. Submit the forum index url only, please! Not the portal url. Not your home page url. The forum index url only. Vbulletin users especially have difficulty grasping this concept for some reason.
