I'm looking for more than just a forum poster.... I'm looking for someone that wants to be paid for creating threads that entice communication and forum activety.... Is anyone good at creating interesting conversation which entices either signups or more active members? I have a forum that needs a bit of attention.... Most of my members signup to post a classified ad or similar ad, but very few people signup to chat and talk online... I need to get this forum busier with people that like to talk rather than place ads... Currently have over 2,300 members. Someone from the New York area would be perfect since the site is a regional site, but I'd consider anyone... I tryed adding alot of features but seems like most of the users aren't looking for features as they all have issues even finding their way around VB Anyone have any ideas?
Make them want to post. Maybe x amount of posts get's them a better advertisement spot or some form of reward.
