Forum Skin Designs - Who does them?

    Hello Everyone,

    I have been looking for forum skin designs for quite a while, I want a custom one, but I want it cheap!

    I hired a guy on here to do one, but he's rude, obnoxious, and wont change the design he made except for small changes!

    Can anyone help me out?
