No, this is not allowed.

 

I thought it was against Google TOS, and I have never used Google yet, lol. Also I thought it may be against the forum providers TOS aswell.

 

I allow ads by my own users .

These ads are not mine .

 

I like the concept. I have seen other places that do this and people always generally go to these because they are well free. Now granted alot of the forums will fail there are still people in the market for this. However your site isn't very established and the name leaves alot to be desired. If you want to sell it lower the BIN.

Also its against Googles TOS I believe to put "click this as" by advertisments. It would be up to the free forum administartor to sort that out.

Hosting account size?, is it a custom script or another one you bought?, will you set it up on my server?, do you have an awstats or similar traffic report? How many forums do you currently host?...etc...
