Not with JUST a sig link. In fact, it's more then JUST a sig link if you are wanting traffic of any kind. Take your sig for instance, you should be using anchor text. Also, the content of your posts can make a HUGE difference. If you are just posting crap one-liners with little to no content, you may find a rare click on your sig, but post some top notch quality posts that are relevant to your sig and watch the traffic flow. Yes there are many forum allow it. But i still prefer DP coz it one of the famous place for webmaster and i get around 10 click/day from DP alone as shown by google analytic.
some webmasters make 3 posts per forum per day, they say that's the optimal count of same signatures Google indexes on a daily basis
