Selling Forum services website | Huge potential

There is a large demand for forum services such as posting, traffic, design & SEO. Over the last few months I have been developing a site that has potential to make a lot of money out of this. Whilst there are many similar freelancer sites out their this is different. Why? Because it'll make you money without you having to do any posting, design, etc services yourself.

How is this possible? The concept works like this. The site has a front end, and a back end. The front end (forumdevs.net) is where people who own a forum and are looking for services will come to and buy the services. The site is clean, easy to navigate and already has shown it has a high conversion rate. The back end (postforcash.info), is where people who are looking to make money can sign up. I am currently using free IPB 1.3 forum software, with a unique, custom designed, clean skin, and the IPBstore credit system in place. When someone purchases a posting service from the front end, I then post the forum link (and other specifications) on the back end and then people post on that forum for me. Once they've finished posting, I add credits to their profile, and when they reach XX amount of credits I pay them. That's the simple concept.

    What are the profit margins?
It currently varies on how big the posting package is that is ordered. The prices I charge vary from $0.13 - $0.17 per post (that inc's threads and replies), depending on the size of the project. The largest package is currently 1400 posts ($0.13 post) and the smallest 35 posts ($0.17/post).

I pay people working at the back end of the site $0.09/post (again same price for threads or replies) meaning I'm earning $0.04-$0.08 for every post someone else is making.

    How big is the backend?
So far I've only advertised on 2 sites to get back end members and I've already had 37 people sign up. I will warn you now, not all of these are active and not all of them that are active will post up to the standard needed. I personally recommend the new owner puts work in to get even more members so customers don't have to wait very long to have their posting services completed.

You will also need to review members posts (or just a sample of posts) to make sure the work is satisfactory and guidelines are being followed. Clients will generally get in conact with you if they get a poor poster anyway (in which case you should reccomened they delete any posts they are not happy with, and the poster will need to re-post before they are payed).

How much money can I earn?
The potential is huge. The day I opened this site I put 1 advert on digital point forums and within 30 minutes I already had made 2 sales (trial package - $5.95 each). I also had someone who used the contact form on the site asking about whether I could fulfill a long term project for them. Sadly I had to turn this down as I didn't have a big enough backend and I didn't want to let them down. Had I accepted, that could have easily payed off at about $xx-xxx/week (I can also provide that persons email upon the sale of this site if you wish to get in touch with them when the backend is bigger).

That's just from 1 advert on 1 forum. If I had a huge backend, and some spare time I could have had many more clients for sure. Every day there are 10+ thread on this forum alone asking for forum posting services. If you posted a link to the forumdevs site on each of those you could make a bomb! And if the backend do a good job you will have clients coming back time and time again with bigger jobs earning you a lot of dosh. Upon sale of this site, I will also provide a list of 100 other webmaster related forums which you can advertise on. If you put a lot of work in you could easily be earning $xxx-xxxx per month for simple doing admin work. With traffic sales (which I haven't advertised at all yet) and design/seo services you could earn even more!

What is included in the sale?
    Domain: forumdevs.net (goddady push)
    Domain: postforcash.info (goddady push)
Unique forum design (for IPB 1.3)
    All content from both sites
Matching wordpress theme for front end site
Some of my time coaching you on how it works
    Traffic Reseller account/details
Email addresses for all backend members
List of about 100 related forums to advertise on

    What are the traffic stats?
The site when launched was only open for one day, and then I had to close it until now as I didn't have the backend to meet demand. So for now presume no or very little traffic. Like I mentioned before, I will provide place to advertise, and if you're willing to invest a bit of money on google adwords that would definitely pay off.

The site forumdevs.net has 8 pages indexed in google and postforcash.info is also indexed.

I'm selling this site for 2 reasons:

    1) I need some quick extra funding for a large project I am planning to start sson.
    2) With the new project I'll have even less time to build up the back end and get the full potential out of the site.

    Bidding Price?
    Starting price: $10
    Increments: $10
    Reserve: $10
End Date: 3 days (31st October)
BIN: No BIN available. Highest bid wins.

Any questions, hit me a PM.

$50 private bid received through PM.

Could turn out to be an absolute bargain considering the design alone is worth more :p.

Remember, no reserve in place so winning bid when this closes gets everything.

    Good luck!
