Rule 1 of SEO: never use IFRAME's The forum seems to be hosted on the same site so you just need to link to theafricangreyparrot.com/forum/ rather than using an iframe.
Most people are afraid of using iframes or dynamic php pages. I have seen Google crawls all the pages anyway. Though it is always advisable include links to direct pages between the <iframe> and </frame> tags. Otherwise, if you are really concerned use SEO Board: http://www.seo-board.com
