What script i can build forum with paid section ,that users that want to post in specific section must pay money ?

 

you can explore various bulletin board scripts for this purpose. Almost all of them have this feature implemented either direct or via plugin.

 

You can use vBulletin?

 

If u are lookin for a free solution go for SMF.. they have a paid subscription mod

 

MyBB is also a good option to go for, it has plug-ins for yearly subscriptions..

 

I suggest to write your own It's not hard to do, but it will give you a lot of power. That's what I did.
