    Now, I don't quite understand what you are looking for. If you like the forum rules you have listed, I suggest you either contact the owner of that site and see if they will give you permission (get it in an email) to use thier rules OR just take their rules and rewrite them in your own words so it is not plagiarized.

    well I was thinking of rewriting some, but I was wondering if there was a standard template that forum owners use.

    What forum software are you using? I understand that every forum software has a standard forum policy template that comes along the installation. You just need to modify the wording to suit your audience and situation.
