Hello friends, Am going to start a new forum,its full of software downloads like warez sites...but i wanna know is there any rules and regulation to follow and what to post, what do not post in the forums... if yes what are they? and if i dont follow those rule what would happen?

You should ban those spammers on your forum that post same thread 4 times, just like you have done here
If you have a server in like Netherlands or something and on your forum you only post links not host the file you should be alright. Not breaking any laws by doing so as some countries allow this sort of thing.
Porn is legal. "Cracked softwares" are not. Yes, many sites are out there, that doesn not make it "legal" OK? Darn, you are a hard-headed one. Do whatever you want to.
