Forum review please

My forum has been up since July 2008, 10k+ posts, I would like a review on my forum, I have modded the board pretty heavily added some features not seen on other boards.

looks nice mate,... however a suggestion template is a bit bad dark templates, don't usually go with a body building sites, its usually fitness related templates, mostly are white or light as you may know. The chat/shoutbox should be at the top of the forums, that is one of the most important things on forums, to keep people active and talking with others at the bottom it looks kind of bad. Overall rating from me for your forums are 7/10

 

Thanks for the feed back, I keep the dark theme inline with the look of the main site, i'm in the process of melting the main site into the forum, once I have done that i'm going for a Grey back ground...........

nice forum, but why do you have only one video in top video category? do you change this video or it remain stagnant? Also is there any option to enlarge the video?

But all together a good job.

 

Cool site and great design. I think the header image is too large, try to decrease it.

 

I think the image would be fine if the "BodyBuilding Area" was larger....

 

why is bodybuilding forum always on the BLACK side? try change the look of the whole forum. it definitely attract more people....

u have got a nice forum .I suggest keeping a lighter background.

 

looks like a very typical forum with the header only replaced. try to add more related graphics to it. Make it look like body building. you need to grip the attention of your visitor if he's interested.

 

the template is very dark. Very painful for me to read.

 

The design isn't bad but I think you should add some more colors into the color scheme.

 

Pretty good forum. Nice black theme. I don't know but maybe it would be better, if the chat box is above & the video feed below.

 

Thanks for the feed back I have lighten the forum from black to Grey, reduced the logo slightly, the video on top is link to the video section every week I replace with the top video for the week.

The header image is too large. It doesn't fit in the width of my browser (FF).

 

The header image is really not good. Not very nice totally. I think the theme should be redone.

I am planning to start a forum for a oil painting website(Comma Oil Painting). I can not post the link as I am a new user. I think it will be good for all oil painting lovers.
