Forum Review - needs turning around

Hello,

I have quite a quiet forum that needs a good kick up the backside.

Any suggestions to turn this forum around and start generating some interest ?

whether it be looks, topics, layout....etc etc

its about 3 months old, but still pretty quiet

Hi,

First of all you can change your theme as this is the most classical theme for a forum which uses phpBB. Check google for phpbb templates for a different one.

You have got nice and detailed contents and forums about lighting which is an advantage for you. All I can say is change your template so you can take people's attention easier. Good luck with it

 

I would change the template if the one thats there didnt have so many mods.

quite like the original template, nice, clean and easy to navigate

ok - ive already explained about the template, so thats not an option.

Swedal, done that but only brings a small amount of traffic.

I don't think the template would be that hard to change if you just edited the graphics files and style sheet. Surely you can change some of the style like that.

 

Any other suggestions appart from the template ?
