Thats if you post on your own...

If you hire guys then you'll have to pay them atleast 8-10 cents and keep your profits...

So I 20 cents is better

1st you need a forum or website which describe your services.
2nd you must have enough well skilled(english/grammer) members/posters.
3rd it need a lot of work and you need to get faith from your posters , they will post not only for 10cents , everyone in this world wanna to be webmaster.

How much more can u give?? The content creation forum in DP sees many offers of 10 cents maximum..

If you can give em 10 cents, then they'll surely do

I think it will be hard to find these kind of people that will work under you. But you can try and see how it comes through.

From which country are you planning to hire people ?

What kind of forum market are you targetting ? The one on the higher end, like 20 cents a post or the ones with <_10 ? Depending on the ability of those whom you hire, you need to pay them. Profits can be difficult initially, because the market is fairly saturated
