    What is the requirement for?

    You are offering a service in forum posting. If your really good then you could easily manage even with no forum post to start with.

    It has nothing to do with being good or not good. Its just you can't have a conversation with yourself in a forum. If your forum has no topics around then it will just look like someone spammed your forum.
    But then again you are a forum poster so you should know this.
