    I think both are very important to bring up visitors and backlinks.After Google panda Updation Blogging And Guest Blogging are most important.

    Yeah this is correct and I think a way better Idea than comparing both the strategies. You should “Be everywhere” and build links to all resources as possible. Doing both at the same time requires enormous time though. You just have to be resourceful on this (i.e. outsourcing).
