forum posting or blog commenting?

both are very effective to website

 

I prefer blog commenting especially to those high pr sites. Proved and tested.

 

In my view forum posting is more effective than blog commenting because in most of the times comments with the links are being deleted by the blog admins because such comments are considered as spam and having no real feedback/concern regarding the blog posting. So, i vote for forum posting but make sure that "when you expecting some profit from something you should work for it and contribute some of your thing (either it is a knowledge or something). Success comes with the efforts and hard work. So, never try to spam the forums because forums are intended to help others or learn something from others.

 

i believe forum because dofollow forum is more compare to dofollow blog.
1. Yes that blog may get more weight for the comment but yet you need to know that most of high PR blog do change do nofollow due to scare of blog commenting link back will affect their PR.
2 . Build dofollow link in forum is faster while you can build lot in lot of thread and not like blog which you may just can comment twice per day in with few post only.

As others have said, both can great and at our online marketing company we offer clients both. It's always good to use different link building methods.

 

As others have well noted, forum posting can get you direct traffic from your signature file.

This is great but it does require daily work and when you stop posting that aspect of the traffic will stop.

Blog commenting, from my own experience works well for getting link juice and it tends to stick. This of course is the SEO route.

You do need to get good PR ON THE PAGE THAT YOU ARE COMMENTING UPON, not just the PR of the top level domain.

I suggest do both of them

diversification link is very important

so please do your commenting and forum backlinking

 

both the way are very good to get back links and increasing page rank of our sites.most of the blos comment sites doesn't approved our link but forum posting sites approved our link easily.

 

Both are important But which one is approve with do-follow. That's main.

Forum posting, blog posting is terrible for SEO, Forums offer a wide range of referral traffic too unlike the long list of blog comments, no one clicks them.

Both Forum Posting and Blog Commenting are useful but the effect depends on the quality of the site your getting backlink from.

 

Both are equally important in terms of generating traffic. But I personally feel blog commenting has more effect than forums. If you find quality blogs/forums..both are really useful. Blog go a step forward, guest blogging which is very effective now.
