Selling Forum Posting, Installation/Mod Services and More - Good Money Maker

We bought this site a few years ago and for awhile it was doing well and then we got busy with projects and it dropped off. We still get projects here and there without any promotion.

This site is a money maker! You just need to spend a couple hours a week promoting it, like making a couple threads on admin/webmaster forums.

We will include the best converting ad that we posting that got us the most projects. The ad was posted once a week on one of the forums and we had enough work for a few days, when it died down, we posted it on another forum, etc.

We also bought a few banner spots here and there. We will also include the full banner set of 8 different banners all different sizes.

We have a couple writers/posters that did most of posting work; some are currently on our payroll and still do other work for us on our current sites. Those posters names and emails will be forwarded to the buyer, plus there are about 25+/- more that have applied and in “queue” that have not been contacted either way.

There are no outstanding projects to be completed or payments to any of the writers.

Major Details: The vB forum is not included in the sale, but buyer will be given the database or can be given access/list of all the writers’ that have applied including their names and emails.

Also the shopping cart (http://www.asecurecart.com) will be included in the sale, but it is a yearly cost of $172.26. The buyer will have access to the cart until 8/12/2012, you can choose at that time to renew or not. The buyer will be also be given the original shopping cart files, if they choose to go that way after the subscription runs out.
