yes it will treat as spam. you must post every time unique one. Try to spin that message to atleast 60% unique and post it
Google might count it as one if you submit one article in many article directories.. So whenever you are submitting an article, submit it to quality article submission sites, then spin your own article before submitting it to other article directory sites. What I do is in every 5 article sites, I spin my own article and then submit again to 5 other article subs. Make sure your article on high-quality articles sites like Ezine are accepted first before submitting to more article directory sites.

If you include your urls in unwanted posts then it will be treated as spam. You can put your urls in the signature area.
That's duplicating the content and filling W.W.W with same content. your posts will get deleted if forum moderators will find it making no sense or else your account will be warned/banned for repeating the same.
i have posted on so many forums with same content and URL of my site to different forums but my account on these forums is still working and all links are live now tell will it affect the ranking of my site
