    I am wanting someone to post on my recently started forum.

    I am looking to pay cheap rates, and I am wanting to pay per post only.

    Wow, well I thought $.10 per post was a reasonable amount.

    Now whether or not I'm new should be somewhat overlooked as I speak English very well.

    How am I going to scam you? You won't get people with high stats because more than likely they are making money their own ways. You would be damn lucky to have a guy like me, and your ego is burning bridges.
