    2 lines per post is about 35+ words depending on how well wrote they would end up being. I see some forum posting places that offer to (maybe) pay their writers .10/per post and even their posts are 10 words at best. I don't think you are going to get many replies here with that rate. It would have to be raise your price range or lower your expectations quite a bit.
