Forum Posters Needed - Good Pay

I am in need of forum posters for my new startups/online startups/webmaster forum - http://www.startupstalk.com

I am looking for quality forum posters that can actually create a sense of discussion. I don't want one off topics to be started off without answers. I want discussion.

Payment Info:

1) Payment will be made by Paypal only
2) $0.25 per thread
3) $0.10 per post
4) Minimum payment is $5 US - Maximum $25

Requirements:

1) MUST use proper english grammer, spelling, and punctuation.
2) No copy and paste. MUST create unique content - your posts will not count if we see them as copies from elsewhere
3) MUST follow forum rules
4) MUST create at least 1 thread for every 3 posts you make.
5) Threads MUST contain at least 60 words.
6) New posts/replies MUST contain at least 30 words.
7) MUST create a new account (You can use up to 3 accounts)
8) Do not concentrate your posts on one section - you must spread your posts. You must not have more than 20% of your posts in one section.
9) Spread your posts over few days unless you are using multiple (3) accounts
10) You should not talk back and forth between your accounts - You must post/reply to other users.
11) 15 posts per account per day maximum
