Buying forum poster 15 cents per post - long term project

I would like to hire a full time forum poster. I pay 15 cents per post.
I want someone really serious and professional. I want to hire this candidate on a very long time period. If you are the right candidate and you work well I will keep you for all my other projects. Agencies are welcome.

You get:
- 15 cents per posts
- Training paid
- A complete video tutorial that shows exactly what I want
- Payment directly into your Paypal account
- You can work in your time zone, whenever you want

I would like:
- Hire you full time which is 5 days a week.
- Good english. I want to be able to communicate with you but it doesn't need to be perfect.
