Forum owners, how often do you resubmit your sitemap to Google ?

    Forum owners, how often do you resubmit your sitemap to Google ? I have a vBulletin based forum and I was wondering how often other forum owners re-create and re-submit their sitemap to Google

    Never, most search engines are full time indexing my forum throughout the day so never thought of submitting a sitemap :rolleyes:

    I thought you only need to submit it once, after that google checks the sitemap every day.
