So which url is for sale and how are both urls showing the same forum? When were the forums made and did you upload the database onto both forums? Are there any real, active members?

Please explain what it is that you are actually trying to sell:)

I absolutely hate it! It seems most of the sites that are up for sale are complete b-u-l-l-s-h-i-t! Why can't I just look at a site without thinking "ok is this guy trying to rip me off". Why can't we be HONEST?!?!?!

To be frank, I even don't believe it much when people post "screenshots" of earnings. I am a web designer and graphic designer as well and when I see those screenshots, I think "Dude, this could be copied from anyone, as there are thousands of such screenshots on every forum like this." It does not take much time to edit a screenshot and change parts of it and show as proof. Several screenshots I see are just part of the screen with payments and nothing else, which could have come from any source or to anyone's account not just the seller.

Not saying all of them are fake, it just means that we still have to take due diligence in finding the right deal and identifying the real among the trash.
    > Just because the BIN on the sale is 10K does not automatically mean the site is good
    > Just because other fools are bidding high and jacking up the price, does not mean the site is good
    > Just because empty claims are being made does not mean the site is good
    > Just because keywords are high CPC does not mean the site is good unless the price really suits its traffic and earnings
    > Just because "It has high potential" does not mean you pay 20x of "potential earning". Frankly, give me enough time and I can convert your shitty domain into a "high potential" site. The domain word "google" would not be bought for $20 here on this forum, unless people worked on it and built the giant called Google today. Everything has potential depending on how much work and investment you put into it, but don't spend thousands for shitty sites just because they have "potential" without any work done to make them really good.

Sorry for the rant. These fake site/site-copy sellers really piss me off when they don't clearly mention that it is fake content, fake members and copy of another site.

I don't think the seller would roam free on DP for long. Very soon the ban hammer will come on him.
