Forum niches are created by people who stick with something unique, unusual or under served long enough to build trust with members. As your first reply mentioned, it could be any category.
You should create a forum on what interests you and you're passionate about. Creating a forum based on a high paying keyword is useless if you know nothing about it and you're just chasing the paper. Pick something worthwhile thats interests you and the benefits will be much greater then just a forum for a high paying niche.
I am just wondering, cause people are using Voice over internet protocol VoIP to genereate revenue! I wonder if there were other good keywords that one could looked into and might just create a site on it. Let me just rename forums to site. Now any guesses?
