I have been running a forum www.MoneyTalkPro.com for over 2 years now. There are times where I neglect it and it starts to fall apart, and then I pick it up and everything is good. Now is the time where it was neglected again. I'm looking for some members who would be good moderators and that could help me keep the forum active and not neglected. PM me if you're interested.

Why not do a post on your forum asking for moderators to step forward? There will be members on your forum that spend a lot of their time on there and have made themselves a part of the community, so they should be willing to step forward and moderate, purely because they enjoy the site and would love the responsibility. Happened on another forum I go on, the moderators aren't paid, but so many people want to be one. If you do go down this ruote, though, make sure you hold interviews (chat on MSN will suffice) and that they're an active member and have been using the forum for a while. Good luck!

Why are you neglecting you're own forum? You should be the first active person on the board.
Good luck! Hope you'll find a great moderator.

Finding a good moderator is hard! They slowly become slackers!

Do you mind if I ask what you're paying?

I totally agree ask someone reputable from the forums to get the moderator status if he is interested. Those are the guys who are already interested in your forum and would be happy to take up the job.

Mate get rid of SMF and get MyBB or IPB.

I'd happily help migrate it to MyBB and then administrate it for you if you like. Drop me a pm, I'll also moderate for you aswell..

I can do it but not for free.
Do you offer any incentive for moderator such as profit sharing?
