forum moderators question

    I am looking for trusted moderators for my forums,
    but not able to make sure how to hunt them,
    also do i have to pay moderators ?
    and what can be minimum requirement to choose one.

    If at all you have any good respected members, already in your forum, then better ask them tfor their interest in becoming a MOD.

    Usually people pay others for moderatorship, i suppose.

    I would go for people who have been regulars, making useful posts and not spamming and hurting others.
