    Hi All,

    I have been spending some time posting relevant forum links, however when i attempt to track my progress using some of the online back link tools, they are not showing.

    Is this to be expected? Is google just taking its time to index these links?

    Check with your google webmasters. It should be able to show you the indexes.

    Back link checker tools will show you the backlink of your site when you are adding link of your site in a quality site.

    use alexa site info for checking out the statistics of your website;
    Also don't forgot to submit sitemap to google webmaster;it's viral for increasing website traffic

    Google won't show you all your backlinks for obvious reasons.. they just show you the ones they want. Since you are posting these links on forums there is a very high chance that the links have been picked up by the crawlers..

    For fast backlinks indexing . you need to ping them from pingler or bulkping.com website.

    If you're using some shitty web based program to track your backlinks, of course it's to be expected. The easiest and most reputable is GWM. Google or die, lol.
