    Hello,

I would like to create a Forum for workers in my industry to post Rants to in order to get their frustrations out regarding the busniesses they work for.

I was wondering what sort of disclaimer and rules I should advertise to users of such a forum?

    Thanks

For "inspiration" look at the T&Cs of other sites running something similar.

To cover yourself better then get a solicitor/ lawyer to draft them for you.

The one caution of cause is the harsher the T&Cs then POTENTIALLY the less users you will get. You could have a clause that users must indemnify you for any losses resulting from slanderous posts they make on the site but this could stop people from wanting to post. That said, how many people really read the T&Cs before signing up?
