    which script does it use ?? does it have license of script you bought for 85$?

    It is uses phpbbhs and yes it has a paid script license which I will transfer the account to the winner.

    in their website they said :
    If you want to transfer a license to someone else, that license should be bought at price of first license, unless person you are transfering license to already has another license.

    @Maddox, that refers to the price paid. if the op paid full price then he can transfer. but someone with 100 licenses cant buy 1 cheap for me and transfer it to me, (unless i am eligble for the discounted price).

    this rule is simply to prevent people buying discounted copies to resell to others and make money.
