forum geting 500 internal error on vps

    on my board when 400 members seen in who's online then i am getting 500 internal error on my vps(4ghz processor, 4gb ram, 250gb hdd, 4tb bandwidth). i don't know much about vps. please help.

    Check your server logs to get more info about the error.

    i am also getting same problem vb support says that this is internel server error and when i remove vb it works fine for everything else

    may be you are running on high load, have u check ram usage ?

    CHMOD all files to 644 and all folders to 755. Check your htaccess file for any unwanted commands. if you have vBSEO installed make sure you paste the code correct.

    it happened to me lately, just change back the permission of the file you previously change if you have.
    if you didn't then its probably from your hosting.
