The forum is a mobile phone video content related forum, mobile phones are very popular and virtually everyone in the west have one, mobile phone video and tv will soon be very popular with networks investing millions in the media and social mobile market already.

The domain of the forum has been regged since 2004, its a very brandable domain name, easy to remember and all other extensions are taken!

I'v submitted the forum to many directories already (over 200) and awaiting google indexing of them, the forum is currently a PR3 but im expecting that to improve.

Most of the traffic comes from search engines such as google and yahoo with the forum ranking high on such popular keywords like "3gp porn" etc.

I'm selling it because i have too much other web commitments to spend time on this one at the moment.

stats:
The site has been growing since day 1, the domain came with natural traffic and it grew more and more and the stats screen shot shows a stable strong growth month and month (stats available for serious buyers only)

at least 1,000 unique hits per day with many users adding us to their bookmark to return back!
Users are mostly from America / Europe.
Users are all mobile phone owners.

Revenue:
There is no revenue because i didn't put ads on the forum.

Price :
Due the the domain name alone and the future niche of the site i'm looking for offers exceeding $1,500 with a BIN of $4,500. The site is still young by all means and has the potential to grow very big.

Hosting :
its currently hosted with hostican on a yearly plan which i paid $40 for! It uses about 6 gb of bandwidth per day and over 1.5 gb of space.


Reliability :
I've sold many forums in the past on sitepoint and they have continued to grow as i described with very happy buyers.

Why are you using false stats on your forum? It claims there are 650 guests online right now. This seems very fishy when I go to your forum's threads, which claim to have 6,000 posts, and see barely 5.

Its an addon for vbulletin which helps increase user activity, the real number of users are 1336 and the traffic stats (unique daily visitors) are real. I never mentioned users/vbulletin stats in my thread so i dont know why your warning buyers to beware? and there is more than roughtly 400 threads and 600 posts on the forum. Negative reps sent to you.
