I am selling a website for my mate (I can give you his details if you want them please pm me) it is a computer forum website that is high ranked, (please pm me if you want to see some examples)

The website is hosted with streamline.net for £60 a year with unlimited bandwidth and space.

Average 50,000 page views a month, and makes £150 on advertising every 6 months that’s just the main site can be well more, 10,000 hits a month on the portal as well maybe more I don’t track it.

The website is a PR4 website and is estimated a PR6 on the next update

OK here is some more info on the website that could interest some of you, the website contains 3 shops as well, these are

One used by a friend of the owner http://www.itsallpc.co.uk/website_Traffic_Hits/ pr4 just delete old products and add your own.

http://www.itsallpc.co.uk/Computer_Shop/ no pr not populated with products but ready to be used.

http://www.itsallpc.co.uk/Printer_Cartridges_shop/ also pr 4. ready to be used, but site logo and style would need changing!

There are also about 15 sub domains already aged and ready for use. Being used as doorway pages at the moment!
