I need to sell my forum for a new project I am working on.

It has 1687+ posts and growing everyday.
I advertised it to my collage and many people get in. Also I bought some links here and there.
It gets quite some visitors daily that like the forum and navigate everywhere.

I never added any adsense or anything else because I just made the forum as a hobby.
There are many themes, mods and other staff you can add. I will give you a link with them.

Seeing as the last post was about 2 weeks ago, what is it that is worth $300?

It might have been a good idea to do that prior to listing it for sale, it would create a better impression on me, all I see is a barely active forum. Also, what makes it get to a stage where you have to send out emails to remind people to come back?
