The site has PR3 and has a decent ranking in the keywords: "forum admin forum" and "admin forum".

The site has not been BINed yet. Both grandad and petehols want it @$50. I will take the highest offer. Auction will end in 17 hours. The highest bid at that point will take the site.

You post a BIN and I post 'Sold at Bin' - and now you say you won't accept the BIN and you're going to give it another 17 hours!
Surely there must be some rules on this forum?
