Are you really interested or are you just spamming the sale link in you sig? Please don't take offense to that if you're not I'm asking honestly. But I saw you posting a bunch of "pm me" messages in threads today.

In any case... the site isn't that new. I launched it on March 1st and it's just starting to pick up steam in traffic from search and thanks to the game launching on March 15th.

Also I forgot to make it clear: YES, you will get all PSD files to all the images (logo, userbars, affiliate button and fb graphic).

THIS SITE HAS NOT BEEN SOLD​

The buyer bought it at BIN and only sent half the payment. Had me going round and round for weeks and finally just stopped communicating.

Thankfully I never transferred the domain or moved the files to his server.

Listing this for a fast sale at $270 if you can pay via PayPal.

 

59 members nad 259 posts for $270 is kinda steep. Did you refund the half that he sent you?

I hear you and I'd be inclined to price it a bit lower if those were the only things to look at here. Remember there's also all the link building that went into getting it ranking, the premium content written by me, and of course this:

I will absolutely refund the person who didn't pay the full amount. If the site doesn't sell this evening or early tomorrow I will begin the transfer process from my bank to put money in PayPal so I can refund the payment. Obviously it would be a lot faster and easier for everyone if the site sells today because then no one has to wait 3-4 days for transfers.
