Bug Forum - Drop down menu error

    The drop down menu for "Forum" link just below the Digital Point logo is missing..

    Shows "array" instead of the links.

    I rewrote it to work with the new version of vBulletin (it should look the same as before). Let me know if anyone sees any issues with it.
