    Hi

    I purchased a domain and hosting space from godaddy.
    I will using this domain for a technical forum ,
    I would be looking for a forum designer ?

    I came to know that godaddy does not provide Cpanel .

    Please guide me how can design a forum site

    You must let us know what forum script will you use and we will try to help you.
    You can start with phpBB(is free) or to get vBulletin or IPB.Search on google for templates or post in BST section here on DP if you want to pay someone to make a template for you.
    If you know HTML/CSS (and know how a template works) you can try to do the template yourself.

    I would also recommend to start with phpbb. If you got some budget then go for IPB. They got a bit more sophisticated admin system and there is alot of nice skins for it.

    A nice (none exclusive) skin/style for a forum board cost you around 50-100USD.
