    Im offering my service as a forum creator i can create you a forum with almost everything you need

    I only create forums with :

    vb script or mybb

    What you will need to provide :
    Hosting
    Domain
    And a vb licences if you want the forum to be a vb

    price : 10$ - 25$ based on how you want the forum.
