Forum Contest $100 1st place $25 2nd and $10 3rd

    Just launched a new webmaster forum and have a contest that starts today Feb. 07, 2007. Most posts by March 07, 2007 wins.

    Here is the payout:
    $100 - 1st place
    $25 - 2nd place
    $10 - 3rd place

    The forum is at netpox.com
    Register and start posting, the most points in a month wins, 2nd place gets $25 and 3rd $10.

    Why not ? He never ever responded to any PM's. Also after the announcement of the contest, he never cared to be active here and update.

    Don't you think that does mean SCAM ?
