Buying Forum coding Small Fix needed

    Hello i needed a forum coder to fix my forum layout. The only issue is a certain part of the forums is 100% width but i need it too be a fixed width of 990 everything i tried isn't working Paying job of course. Quick easy job.

    It works fine when the user is logged in but when logged out the width of forum posts div is 100% taken up the whole screen
